...hundreds of thousands are not going to be disenfranchised unless they are either non citizens or convicted felons or "dead voters" which is a big problem in blue states. They are not even going to be inconvenienced very much.

So you're implying that it's OK to potentially disenfranchise hundreds of thousands of citizens all for the sake of preventing 'voter fraud' that has yet to proven is even a minor problem let alone as widespread as many on the Right claim? And besides, how can you claim that these voter ID laws will prevent 'voter suppression'? It would seem that this is an oxymoronic statement. And please point out where, other than in the minds of the Right-wing media, are there symptoms of a lack of confidence in the voting process, which only seems to be mentioned when a Democrat wins. I never hear the Limbaugh's or the Hannity's or the Beck's going off on this 'lack of confidence' when a Republican wins.
