'I have a dream: 50 years later, work still to do'

INTERNATIONAL PAPERS, Weds. 28/08/13: International papers focus on a possible military operation in Syria. The Independent wonders whether British Prime Minister David Cameron is Tony Blair's heir. Also, papers pay tribute to Martin Luther King Jr.’s "I have a dream" speech, saying that 50 years on, there’s still a lot to do in terms of racial equality in the US.
