What would you call it when potentially hundreds of thousands of US citizens could be denied the right to vote when only a handful (something less than a dozen or so in the past 10 years) of cases of actual 'at a polling place' voter fraud has ever been identified? And that's the ONLY kind of co-called 'voter fraud' that will be impacted by requiring a photo-ID. This is tantamount to amputating a leg to treat an ingrown toenail.
