I emailed IR asking for more information (IE: Who the customer was and whether there would be additional future revenues based on the Arb results) and was told "The arbitration is subject to confidentiality restrictions, which makes the level of detail you’re asking for impossible to disclose. We’re not planning a webcast, but I’m certain there will be related questions when we do the quarterly update. Sorry I can’t offer more help.
SO, I don't think we will get any more information in the earnings call other than some evasive answer by Merritt.
It still sux how they can keep information under wraps. Like they want to hide something from the public. Maybe they want to keep a lid on the share price for some reason.
