It's $7.9M total but that doesn't mean it is all from one customer. The increase, $7.2M, all or some of it relates to the "audit" per their description ... if the $7.2M relates to one customer only (and that was their only revenue) therefore it did not break the threshold. I agree the way it reads it sounds like it is all, but when giving descriptions for variances management will not identify every reason for the variance but instead will use the largest component contributing to the variance as being the explanation to explain, what appears to be the entire variance ... but it is not necessarily ... consider it accounting semantics.

Past sales of $7.9 million in third quarter 2011 increased from $0.7 million in third quarter 2010 due to an audit resolution with an existing customer in third quarter 2011.

Rak

don't really want to beat this to death... but the past sales in the example was 7.9 Mil(vs the 7.2 you pointed out) and total revs were 76.5 M

originally I thought it might have been either RIMM or HTC but i reconciled the numbers and the fact that the earnings specifically stated how much we earned from each company and then realized it wasn't them.

I think we came to the conclusion it might have been sierra wireless.

anyways, don't worry... I am now in the camp of whether the customer is disclosed or not, as long as the money keeps coming in, it's all GOOD!
