Bim I agree it sucks with the past earnings misses as a result and the damage done but I personally don't like the traders and alleged longs on the other board more, who routinely trade this stock leading us to rally from lows as opposed to breaking through highs ... anyways ...

... with regards to your comments about finding out who this is ... we will! ... we recently did with Pegatron and that was an amount of only $30 million. Management did not state the name in the original press release (like they also didn't now) but subsequently said so in the 10Q released a day or two later ... when customers earned revenue exceeds the 10% threshold of total revenue they have always disclosed, and I fully expect them to do so in this case when they are forced to in their SEC disclosures ... only in this case it will be two months until that necessary disclosure.

Remember big chunk of cash (prepayments for multiple years received) is not current period revenue earned and management has stated that the 10% of revenue is their disclosure criteria. This amount will exceed that threshold.

Rak

I will be more than thrilled if that's the case. It kinda sux that we had to take an earnings hit for the past 2 years without getting anything more out of what was originally owed... simply b/c the customer disputed the agreement and invoked arb. Pegatron was nice b/c we got a huge chunk of interest. You would think that IR can say yes or no to simple question confirming the PR vs cutting and pasting the PR in the reply email.

Guess we will find out soon

as far as finding out who, I wouldn't hold my breath on that... we had numerous times in the past where got some big chunk of cash and the company never disclosed who it was from.... or when we did "audits" and got sums that were greater than 10 percent from the quarterly revs, and still did not get disclosure.
