Actually, the guy who admitted to putting together the program where groups were identified for further review using 'keywords' turns out to have been a life-long Republican who was working for the IRS well before Obama was even a Senator.

...I doubt that Obama ordered the harassment of conservative groups. Probaly just some over enthusiastic obamaphiles. Same thing likely happened to a lesser degree in most previous administrations. Thing is that govt agencies, whether they be the IRS or the folks responsible for voter fraud or vote suppression or anything else must not only avoid wrong doing, they must avoid the appearance of wrong doing.
