Hi tkc,

I think I have a decent understanding of the material revenue slices. If I had the energy, I think I could also break down services fairly well - but it's too small an amount to get excited by.

Just wanted to check re maintenance fees.

There are other small issues re licensing. eg the 10K reporting re BASF looks like it contains a $200k error in 2011. But nothing that makes a really big difference.

I have services and other licensing increasing from $1.5m in 2011, to $2.4m in 2012, to $2.6m in the first two quarters of 2013.

So just stripping out Dell, Safend, GM, BP and BASF from total income also makes a very interesting growth trend.

Hi CF, you're correct. I think it's been clear from the start that Wave chooses to produce public financial reports that make it extremely difficult, if not impossible to track revenue steams. Esign, WXP, and Scrambls are also in their consolidated reports. Then there's bundles, SEDs, maintenance, various upgrade products coupled w/ small sales that are recognized in the period shipped whike large sales are deferred and recognized ratibly. That's why I gave up trying. Obviously they could provide clarity but op not to. Cynic that I am thinks that's provides the cover they require to dangle those carrots. Hopefully they track all segments for their management needs.
