...there are very few "recreational" drug users in prison. Mostly for trafficking. If ya has a trunk full of cocaine, it's probably not for recreational use.

They aren't getting drug dealers out of prison! Just coming to realize that recreational drug users don't need to be clogging up our courts and our prisons. Find something else to misrepresent KTC. I'm sure it will be quite easy for you with your past track record.
