As you may have gathered, I regard Obama as kind of a toy president. He has turned over our financial systems and foreign policy to others. Those are the ones promoting massive stimulus monies, wealth redistribution to the financial elite, and economic, military, and political wars against Muslims. Obama pacifies his base with relief programs and social reforms, and infuriates the opposition, severely dividing our nation.
That may be true, but to attribute it to any one person's specific behavior, or in your words, "programs", is giving way too much credit to the power of any one person, including the President. The global economy is just too large and complex to think that any one individual can be given the blame when it goes south, or given the credit when it goes north. We are merely flotsam in a sea of breaking 'waves' (perhaps it's time for Alvin Toffler to write 'The Fourth Wave')
