Doesn't it illustrate how clownish the NSA and DHS are when two low echelon operatives like Manning and Snowden can bust their operations wide open? Just imagine what skilled espionage agents or well-connected insiders could accomplish.

Both of these men 'questioned' & did NOT follow orders.
