Personally, I'd like Arsenal to buy Torres, Chicharito and Fellaini.
With Giroud, that would give plenty of choices of striker with very different styles of play.
And the defensive midfield using two of Fellaini, Ramsey and Arteta would be extremely robust.
Giroud, Fellaini, Mertesacker and Koscielny would be formidable at corners.
An attacking midfield of Walcott, Wilshere and Cazorla (with Podolski, Rosicky and Oxlade-Chamberlain as backup) would give the speed and skills you need to feed the forwards.
Gibbs and Sagna to cross the ball.
Title capable team.
