Did you know that many dimwits still believe that Obama can extend medical coverage to 40 million residents (I hesitate to say Americans or citizens), with millions more to come, and will improve healthcare and save money?
Medicare can be fixed by adjustments in premium and if it is expanded to the whole population then it can also benefit from the fewer claims from the younger and healthier population. You don't like Obamacare because it starts to reign in the costs in the overbloated health care sector as well as put an end to what insurance company's can do to their insured such as cancelling policies and limiting the aggregate amount paid out over a lifetime.
