hi tkc,

i suspect this was a single wavoid providing funding. just seems a simple explanation makes sense this time.

i didn't have it timed as precisely as you. i just guessed the q2 funding covered q2 and that q3 would need more - i think the timing occurred partly to meet july payroll.

one thing that isn't entirely clear to me is if the cash flow forecast begins at the 1 january or at the date of the release of the financial statements. if it's the former, then wave is about done. if it's the latter, then there's likely another funding to come this year, perhaps late this quarter or early next.

Good theory CF. One would hope (as we opined) that Wave was lining up funding while it awaited their NAS review. The day following the listing retention - BINGO - financing announced. I (we) speculated that they needed funding and it should be accomplished prior to Q2 results. I bet you're correct. If so that also would explain warrants were'nt required as the investors made out quite well. Plus Wave got a better deal and investor pain was lessened. I suggest that because I saw no way the $1.50 SP would hold anyway - I sold some that day at $1.33 (too early) but worked out eventually. This morning I placed a bid at $1.25 which doesn't appear will fill today.
