Look at a GTX 760

Powerful, cooler, less expensive than the GTX 660 Ti and consumes less power.

That is what I would look at. You need a minimum of a dual core processor to run like BAP and NewSun.

About $250.00 plus shipping.

Does your power supply have 6 pin connectors? If not, some of these come with molex to 6 pin adapters anyway.

How many WATTS is your power supply?

All,

I am now considering upgrading to an Nvidia Kepler card.

My question is to get the best bang for the buck should I consider a Geforce GTX660 or the GTX660ti? Or, something else.

One concern is that if I do this will I need to upgrade my power supply. I am running a Dell so this is a concern.
