Stop thinking about it, go get in your car, and go get it! Or order it and get it on the way! Either one works. You won't regret it. But you'll need to install about 3 of them to keep me in your rear view mirror ;-)

Yes.

Thank you for the support somewhere else! You nailed it simply, something I have a hard time doing.

Anyway, I have shut down folding completely here in the office at home (former bedroom of a daughter) due to the severe heat and ridiculous noise the fans make running at 95 % to try to keep the GPU from becoming blackened toast.

I tried both the GTX 460 in there as well as the GTX 570 which had been running. BOTH are in the upper 70's and mid- 80's.

Crazy.

This is why I am thinking about a GTX 760 Kepler. More power, less power consumption, consequently less heat and quieter.
