Defense selected the worse case pics, since these are Sanford PD video, it's obvious they kept them out of the prosecutor's hands somehow...
That 6 white lady jury was stacked from the beginning, 3 had acquittal in mind on the first vote... Too bad to other 3 were so easily turned...
The last jury I was on, first vote was 3 or 4 of the 12 of us, all but one stubborn OCD little older lady would not budge from her stance even once we had gone over all the details, field and station sobriety tests, all the minute witness testimony, everything pointed at a guilty verdict.. Instead, a hung jury.. 11-1... We talked to the prosecutor after the trial, she regretted not picking up on the one lady, but they busted the guy later as well as several other charges we hadn't known about..
