I'll tell you one group that ain't eating cavier - the responsible folks that saved and saved to retire with a nice little nest egg and now find themselves making essentially zero interest income on it.

I thought Greenspan was a massive idiot when he was in charge. I have even stronger feelings now. He wasn't evil, just misguided enough to help cause as much financial destruction as if he was evil.
