Hi Alea....

His analysis was to inflate the Fed's balance
sheet from $400 billion to $3.5 Trillion then
walk away.....he spent lots of future tax payers
money....Trillions......he bought worthless
securities from the banks paying 100 cents on
the dollar.

I could have suggested that as well......Smile

But i have a soul................

hi doma,

i think one can argue that the damage to main street was limited by the fed stepping in to rescue the banks.

but the primary beneficiary was wall street which was basically rebuilt by the fed's actions.

and yes, food stamps helped many businesses survive.

but it is absurd to analogise food stamps with caviar. are you the sort of person that gives a starving person mouldy bread and then says "count yourself lucky i'm so generous?"

you'd expect the cost of food stamps to increase during a jobs crisis.

not sure why you call bb my hero. broadly, he did well. his analysis was good where yours was abject. but this desn't mean i have to agree with everything he has to say. when he speaks to politicians, he has to talk their talk.
