...mandatory guidelines create problems, but then when they had flexibility for the judges some folks could get a hundred years for a crime while others got a spank on the hand. I dunno what the answer is except for each one of us to live our lives to the best of our ability and to treat everybody the way you would want to be treated yourself, whether ya like em or not.

For the record, I think these mandatory guidelines are dangerous, the judge should be able to have some flexibility.
I include Zimmerman in that too, had he been convicted.
