...you are correct. Trayvon was shot about 7pm on feb 26. Sunset was about 5:44. It was dark already. It was raining. While not "the middle of the night" it wasn't high noon on a sunny day either.

...the prosecution sounds like the Tawana Brawley and the Duke Lacrosse players prosecutor. A tale told by an idiot full of sound and fury signifying nothing.

...as far as trayvon being a minor, how do ya tell that in the dark when the alleged minor is wearing a hoodie? We have soldiers only a few months older than Trayvon serving in Afghanistan and trayvon was big enough to be a defensive back in the NFL.

...if I am ever shot while walking thru a predominantly black neighborhood they will use a picture of me when I was 12 on the news too.

BTW: Do you recall any public service announcement where it was requested that white people not riot prior to the OJ verdict???

The problem with libs is they are so busy worrying about the mote in somebody else's eye that they can't see the beam in their own.

I don't know what I would do if I was on the jury. I didn't watch every minute of the trial. I do have some resentment toward the media and the left for trying to portray this as something other than what it is, a cop wannabe and a thug wannabe banging heads.

Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!

your "scenario" is full of shit! For one thing, it wasn't the "middle of the night"! For another, he wasn't "milling around." For another, we don't know if he tried to hold the teen ager for them. If he did, that is a citizens arrest and falls outside of the stand your ground law. Everything he said did not turn out to be correct! As a mater of fact, he admitted to breaking the law when he talked to the 911 operator about stalking the kid. As far as being cooperative with the law, what else could he do after killing someone? And please remember that this was a minor that he did all of this to.
