Well after a continued failure to run SMP properly (one display said it would take 108 days to complete even after letting it run all night), I finally submitted the problem to the folding forum. They suggested I use client-type advanced for the GPU and change the -1 to 6 for the SMP. So far, so good. Estimated ppd shows improvement. I hope this works and sticks.
