hi clo,

the jury will likely notice the jury instruction.

the entire prosecution rests on an appeal to the heart which the jury is instructed to ignore.

but if the jury really has a heart, it will also have compassion for george zimmerman, whose head was covered in welts from the concrete you find ludicrous and whose nose was broken by the fists you ignore and who, in fear of further harm, decided to defend himself.

m could have avoided z. if he was afraid, he could have gone home. he chose to stick around. he chose to beat up z. and so he ended up dead.

sad teenage misjudgement in a concealed carry state.

the prosecution's closing argument was made for tv and for the parents. it wasn't made for the law.

'Don't use your common sense,' O'Mara tells the jury.

O'Mara tells the jury, he's going to do something other defense attorneys will condemn him for, he is going to 'prove George Zimmermans innocence.'
Then he doesn't.

Z was the one predisposed to think T was a thug & a criminal, he was armed with a loaded gun & followed T.

T had the right to defend himself, a strange 'creepy cracker' was following him.

That O'Mara brought that slab of concrete stating T was 'armed' with it was ludicrous.

O'Mara was condescending in his manner.
I thought John Guy was the better closer.

Now we wait for the verdict.
