That IS upsetting micro. It's hardware versus software.

About version 7. I find it so automated, it's hard to know what the parameters are to control it when things are not right. Yet it seems to run okay once the settings are good. Maybe after you get the higher level stuff working version 7 can be looked at again. I'm optimistic about it even if it appears a little mysterious.

After suffering a complete loss of operating system on both the back up drive and the main hard drive when I got back, ever since I got this up and running again and installed folding on it, the computer keeps shutting itself off.

I am pretty sure it is video card related.

I really do not like the newest F@H client 7

It is confusing and imo unreliable. That aside, I think my GTX 570 is toast unless I figure out the problem.
