As Lisa Bloom discussed on MSNBC, Z said his holster was behind his waist, on the back of him, it was dark out & IF T had Z pinned down HOW would T see the gun?

Lisa also said the prosecutor didn't refute Z's attorney when the attorney reenacted the position as in front of his waist.

She thinks the prosecutor will clean this up in closing.

Hi Dig,

This morning while I was at the gym using the bike, the woman next to me started discussing this case.
For the record she sees it the way I do.

But after she left & I was still peddling I started to think, WHY since Z was trained in MMA didn't he defend himself? Why didn't he wiggle free, if T was on top of him? WHY didn't Z throw a punch?

It hit me & I felt sick, maybe the reason Z did NOTHING to protect himself was because he provoked T & told him, I have a gun & you're going to die, (knowing the law, since he took the course & got an A) & T starting screaming for help & fought to save his life.... and Z shot him point blank in the heart!
later claiming he thought the shot went wide & that he didn't know he killed T.

Z might be more than a self-appointed savior, maybe he's evil.
