...yer wrong again as usual. yer brain will keep functioning until it runs short on oxygen and that will take somewhere between 12 and 30 seconds. The only time death is instantaneous is when a projectile strikes the place on the back of the skull where the brain is connected to the spinal cord. A brain shot that does not break this connection can result in a lot of flopping around and screaming and death within a few seconds, but not immediate.

In questioning earlier, GZ said his 9mm was loaded with hollow points... Unless close range didn't give the bullet time to expand, it would have made a very large exit wound, likely bled heavily... I haven't seen that, or a discussion of shooting angles, wounds, other than the medics spotting the entry wound, and the cop trying CPR and use the plastic bag...

Talking with a big hole in you, just isn't likely... Shock alone would have shut TM down... No circulation, shutdown is fast... Zero muscle control...
