This loss of stature by men in marriage is a new one on me! I must confessw that I've been out of the marriage business for a while now but I do hang around with many married me. I go down to the local McDonald's for coffee occassionally and the group of men that I listen to there have not brought up this loss of stature. They rarely bring up their marriages at all. About the onbly place that we hear about a loss of stature in marriage in with Ribit, who may never have had any stature to begin with. We would be interested to here about these wide ranging consequences that you speak of!
