By his own admission, Snowdon took the job with Booz-Allen for the sole purpose of finding and releasing classified information. This alone makes him a criminal since he had to swear an oath to get his security clearance. He took the job under false pretenses and took the oath knowing that he was going to violate it. If he ever goes to court and tries make the argument that he was a 'whisleblower' and therefore he should be treated as one, I'm afraid that his own words will have condemned him.
