Even in dry, clear weather, it was funny to see the antics of Russian drivers, speed past our bus, do a U-turn into the opposite lane, then hang a right to get that left turn they really wanted! Several times, so it was a practiced driving tactic! Motorcycles, wide open, we were told police never pursue 'em, so they know it, ride as crazy as some of the videos show... Of course the anti-feeze vodka helps, but a lot of it is sober, just daily traffic..
