Hi Cactus Flower,

The state has NOT claimed Z's injuries were self inflicted, they have been mute in this regard.

A witness yesterday, a woman, needed a translator, she mentioned Z was standing & was hitting his head repeatedly, after T was dead.

Her testimony had me wonder....
& I would think some of the jurors.

The defense is going to try NOT putting Z on the stand.
Experts have said unless the state enters Z's statements & video into evidence, it won't come in as its hearsay.

hi clo,

yes. discussion is fun!!

but you have me confused re hitting his head.

that's the second thing you've come up with that no one mentioned in reviewing the evidence yesterday. and i am sure evidence of self-harming would have been mentioned. and investigated.

what are your sources?

as regards the arms. i don't think that has come up yet in court but i agree that z's description doesn't match the photo.
