Morning Cactus Flower,

A witness yesterday testified she saw Z, after the shooting, standing hitting his head repeatedly.
I don't know if his gun was in his hand? I wasn't able to watch all of her testimony.
She had me wonder if some his wounds were self inflicted?

Also, T was face down, hands holding his chest when the officer arrived. (Z statement to police, he had to hold T down with his hands apart, after shooting him)
Z's statement to the police, he didn't think T was dead, he still feared him even after shooting him, yet the shouting for help stopped after Z killed T.

After the officer tried to resuscitate T he said he covered his body, to protect it from the rain & for the neighbors.

I like our back & forth, we are a mock mini jury '))

hi clo,

i haven't heard about m having no blood on his hands.

if you can explain how z managed to break his own nose and harm the back of his head in a period when the neighbours were appearing on the scene, you'll persuade me that m wasn't battering z.

but i think it's a tough case to make.

and there's a fairly good reason why m may not have had blood on his hands.

it was raining. ;-)
