hi clo,

i haven't heard about m having no blood on his hands.

if you can explain how z managed to break his own nose and harm the back of his head in a period when the neighbours were appearing on the scene, you'll persuade me that m wasn't battering z.

but i think it's a tough case to make.

and there's a fairly good reason why m may not have had blood on his hands.

it was raining. ;-)

Hi Cactus Flower,

T was talking to his friend, about the basketball game, regular teenage stuff.

I need to hear more evidence.
I've heard (not on the stand) Z's statement to the police doesn't follow the position of how T's body was found.
T didn't have blood on his hands, if he punched Z & broke his nose I would expect blood on T's hand(s).

Instead of a racist bent, the case is more of a vigilante/cowboy theme.

I must say I was moved when the officer said he didn't have time to get the protection kit, & preformed mouth to mouth on Trayvon, to no avail.

I concur, allowing folks to be armed & having 'stand your ground' laws wreaks havoc.
