CLO:
Are Sprint, AT&T and Verizon sending Russia their phone records? Have Google and Yahoo opened their data bases to Russia?
The internet is international, but much under contol of the U.S. The world had a right to place some trust on the privacy of the system.
And I don't recall Russia committing cyber espionage and sabotage on Israel's adversaries with Stuxnet and Flame.
The U.S. is way overboard on this one, both to it's citizens and foreigners. The priority search for Snowden is a disgrace and an embarrasment, but I guess they are too dense to realize it.
Many Americans don't seem to mind having their privacy abridged by these 'big data' snooping expeditions. Maybe "1984" isn't that far away.
