Of course, if it had been solely up to Justice Clarence Thomas, he would have banned any and all 'affirmative action' as being blatantly unconstitutional. I wonder if he realizes that the position he now holds in this country is due to one extent or another of him being a beneficiary of affirmative action at some point in his life? I suspect that the irony of his position is totally lost on him, his family and probably on many of his close associates, considering the sorts of people he's generally seen associating with.
