There should be a Constitutional amendment outlawing the use of public funds to underwrite professional sports teams unless taxpayers are provided free admission to every 3rd game played in one of those arenas/stadiums/ballparks that they've been asked to pay for. The team owners will more than make-up the cost of those seats in beer and hotdogs sales.
