The ONLY reason it failed to pass is because the Republican who voted against it felt that it DID NOT CUT FOOD STAMPS ENOUGH! You can bet that they're now going to go back and make it even harder for people to get Food Stamps so as to get those Tea Bagger votes. In the end, this bill that was voted down would have been a better deal.
