I remember all the times when Obama haters would keep saying that the man can't speak without the aid of a teleprompter.
Watch the interview. Was the teleprompter behind Charlie Rose? Or on the floor?
It was obvious that the President was sharing HIS thoughts, in his own words. He would pause and reflect. At one point, when he was talking about what the president's most important job is, he said that right now economic recovery is high on the list. Then he added something about how important it is not to "let somebody blow us up." That doesn't sound like something from a speech writer, does it?
Feel free to hate his policies. But please don't try to tell me that President Obama is not articulate. In this setting, I thought that he was amazing.
