"Even with all the trolling they have been doing, it didn't help in Boston."

So, if it doesn't ALWAYS work, if it's not 100% success, don't even try?

"They are 'collecting data' putting it away in an 'attic' in Utah, without utilizing."

In which case, I guess it doesn't matter...it's not surveillance if it's just a bunch of digital zeros and ones that isn't being used.

Hi Joe,

Here's a big problem.
Even with all the trolling they have been doing, it didn't help in Boston.

And I have to ask WHY?

After all we were warned by Russia, you would think that would be a textbook case, yet they didn't make the connection.

They are 'collecting data' putting it away in an 'attic' in Utah, without utilizing. Maybe they haven't connected the dots?
