Yeah, you're off quite sharply the past ten days or so. A couple things to check come to mind. Have there been changes to the user config somehow? Things that need to be correct for getting points in that area are UserName, Team No., and passkey. Easiest way to confirm this is go into your folding directory (can't tell you exactly where it is on your pc because I don't know what version you're running), for versions prior to the new ver7 it's a file called client.cfg, just do a Windows search of your entire pc.
Now, another thing that'll getcha is the QuickReturnBonus if that suddenly stopped. It's more complex than your system suddenly slowing down. To keep qualifying for the QRB you have to complete 10 SMP units, which you probably already have, PLUS maintain a successful completion ratio of either 80 or 90 percent (can't remember which of the two right now), so have you had a bunch of failed units due to heat or something?
Those are the most reasons for this type of occurrence and no, I'm not aware of any changes in this area recently at Stanford's end.
