InterDigital, Inc. (Nasdaq:IDCC), a wireless research and development company, announced today that it will webcast its 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The Annual Meeting will be held at the Crowne Plaza - Wilmington North in Wilmington, Delaware.
William J. Merritt, InterDigital's President and Chief Executive Officer, and Steven T. Clontz, Chairman of the Board of Directors, will present an overview of the company's business and strategy at the meeting, and will participate in a question and answer session with shareholders. Shareholders accessing the webcast will be able to view the presentation and hear the accompanying audio, as well as ask questions by following the on-screen instructions.
