Giving away the technology to Chinese crap makers seems to have come back to bite 'em! No reason those can't be all made here, less shipping, etc... The old OCLI, now bought by JDSU, used to do vacuum deposition coatings for the covers, likely could have done it all, kept all those jobs here, better quality standards, etc...

Local Schools have many, many square yards of solar panels, subsidized by us, saving tons in their electrical needs, hope they aren't this Chinese crap, Wal-Mart specials!

There's a lot of top engineers around here if they could get it together, lots of commercial space, too, ready to go...
