Just found this caveat regarding magnets just in case it's applicable:

"Pregnant Women, Individuals fitted with cardiac pacemakers and/or automatic internal defibrillators should not use (magnets) prior to consultation with their physician."

Hope you feel better.

Although It may be hard to believe, I found these 2 non-prescription, homeopathic, under the tongue pills that I picked up from either Healthy Living or Dr. Leonard's (unsolicited) catalogues really work. They are called Restless Legs Relief and Sciatica Relief, manufactured by Magnilife. Some drugstores carry them as well or they can be obtained from Magnilife.

The herbalist, Dr. Wong, suggested that I soak my feet in warm water first. Later on he changed the therapeutic prescription to include soaking the feet in cold water after soaking in warm water. Helps to reduce the swelling that might follow the warm water soak. He suggested sea salt - I use epson salt. Easier to find at the local supermarket.

Please forgive me for not mentioning that if you happen to be using 1 magnet on the ankle of each leg, the magnets may sometimes become painful. Remove just 1 and the other will continue to be therapeutic.

I found that after some time the the magnet labeled Serenity2000 Deep Therapy, that can be used on the ankles, knees, etc. stopped being effective. When it stopped working there, I taped it on the depression on the spinal column just above the buttocks. It stopped the sensation and the pain. I even slept with it, only removing it to bathe. When the sensation returned, I put it back on.

The humidity and the barometric pressure seem to affect it negatively.
