Years late. But even so, I thought it was not possible:

Maynardg- the main reason to stay listed is to get access to capital.
It translates to one important thing, if they don't have enough orders in hand to sustain operation than its a necessity!

Simple formula:
No contract = no money = pp = need nasdaq = keep doors open.

Let's not kid ourselves, if they need money to operate and it's a matter of survival than they have do it! it's possible that one day we'll wake up with a pr of the decade that will put an end to this ordeal. Until then they have employees and expenses to take care of.

the controversy that was addressed by many people is that they have enough authorized shares that can last almost a year ( around 40M shares, not sure?) therefore they can do a reverse split anyway, stay listed without more dilution....reverse split is fine if
they don't allow themselves more shares not to mention the other hurdle keeping a market cap of 35M!

Issuing more shares makes you wonder if the slog will remain more than six months requiring more money to print!!!

Things are not adding up!!

Anybody care to weigh in???"

Yep. The numbers are where the real story gets laid out. I kinda thought the defence against reality was ironclad. But one of them is staring right at the corner. Will he see it for what it is?
