Their overseas business let that build up, some they can use for overseas production, but it's a tough road since they've also made commitments to bring manufacturing back to the mainland... Tis a tangled web they weave...

A little came back as Steve's ship! Not sure where it is now, but it's here on th West Coast I think... A beauty..

Because they're trying to halt the repatriation of billions in profit that's sitting overseas so as to avoid paying their fair share of taxes to the people of America. This is a twofer as they can keep avoiding paying taxes on their overseas cash as well as deducting the borrowing costs as legitimate business expenses which will reduce their tax contributions even more.
