If I didn't want a discussion, I wouldn't post.
Unfortunately, it seems many folks (not limited to this particular board or website, by the way) would rather sling insults than even make an effort to have a discussion.

Perhaps it is my limited imagination, but I don't see anything in the above definition that justifies telling someone to F off, that you would will rejoice in his demise, denigrating his noctural toilet habits, or anything of the sort.
It makes it exceedingly difficult to have a discussion in some places.
What is the point of rules that are not enforced?
