A law enforcement source has confirmed to POLITICO that Kenneth Curtis has been arrested in the investigation of a ricin-laced letter sent to President Barack Obama and Sen. Roger Wicker (R-Miss.).
ABC and CNN had previously reported that the letters to Obama and Wicker were signed: "I am KC and I approve this message."
