Here is what happened. I installed a Titan 3-4 weeks ago. It performs very erratically depending totally on the work units assigned. It just so happens I'm getting those 14k pointers lately as you guys may be too. That explains the great performance. But 2 weeks ago I was getting the lower pointers. The thing is this Titan did relatively poorly on them. Not up to the other video card which costs less than half. How do you figure that? I was ready to regret I'd put in that $$$ for a supposedly very fast card I could, "set and forget." Weird. If it keeps up this performance I'll be happy, but will it? Otherwise I've made no change.
