Thanks Ribit. I noticed the same thing. Many non-medical civilians rushed to provide assistance to the wounded. Cops responded bravely. Boston, in general, rallied despite much understandable panic. A disgusting attack on the innocent. Sad stories of the maimed and injured abound, but thank goodness we have several great hospitals in the area with outstanding trauma centers.

...I was impressed with the folks from Boston. From the first explosion when the first responders dropped whatever they were doing a ran toward the explosions to the runners in the race running past the finish line and down to the local hospital to give blood for the victims. Good folks.
