the smoke from the crack pipe seems to be more about win8 and less about the dod these days.

i guess this is the new hope meme.

for myself, i am interested in measurable outputs.

i don't count vision. i don't count smoke. i count actual progress as it occurs and affects the income statement and balance sheet.
