...maybe, maybe not. A few panicky left wingers does not constitute a majority, and even if it did, it takes more than a simple majority to change the constitution. If they get to vote on it, you will be surprised at the democrats who vote against the bill because they know that voting for the bill will be a career ender for em. It might not even make it out of the Senate.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
